SHIPMENT POLICIES

This quote assumes standard truckload including: less than 45,000 lbs., live load, live unload, up to $100,000 Cargo Value and excludes hazmat, team drivers, and multi-stop shipments. If you are looking for a flatbed, IMDL, or international quote, please reach out to your sales rep. Quote is subject to change if shipment details change. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 电竞竞赛 requires carriers to have a minimum cargo liability of $100,000. If your cargo value exceeds this, please contact your 电竞竞赛 rep for an updated quote. Confirmation on cargo insurance value will be required for updated quote.

Detention Charges:  Standard truckload loading / unloading assumes dock and necessary resources at pick-up and delivery. Failure to adhere to this may result in a TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) charge. If your shipment is not ready for pick-up or is canceled on the specified pick-up date may result in a TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) charge or detention charges. Shippers are liable for any potential detention according to the appointment times entered. If you are unsure of appointment times, contact your 电竞竞赛 rep for assistance.

Payment Terms:  All invoices are due thirty (30) days from the invoice date. A service charge of one and one half percent (1 ½% per month), or (18% per annum) or the highest legal rate, whichever is less, shall be assessed on delinquent invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days.

Accessorials:  Shippers are liable for applicable accessorials that may be incurred during shipment. Standard 电竞竞赛 accessorial charges will apply unless special agreement has been made with the shipper. Please contact 电竞竞赛 if you have questions regarding accessorials. Standard accessorial list includes:

TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used or Equipment Ordered Not Used): $150 minimum charge. Subject to all related detention charges, and misuse fees which will be assessed concurrently.

Truckload Detention: Detention starts at time of appointment or at time of trailer arrival at facility, plus two (2) free hours. Upon expiration of free time, charges are: Hour 1 (after 2 hours free) - $50 Minutes thereafter will accrue a $15 charge with maximum $300 per day. If facility is unable to load driver at no fault of driver (i.e. late or appt, etc.) a $250 layover fee will be applied on top of accrued detention.

Lumper Charges: Charges will be billed at actual cost unless lumper fee is requested to be built into rate at time of bid proposal. Detention will be assessed concurrently.

Exclusions:  Due to exclusions in 电竞竞赛 ’s cargo insurance policy or operational risks, 电竞竞赛 does not arrange transport for the following commodities:

Abstracts, paintings, etchings, drawings, rare books, tapestries, sculptures, statuary and other bona fide works of art, rarity, historic value or artistic merit

Company papers (电竞竞赛 ’s or Customer’s) - Accounts, bills, deeds, letters of credit, passports, lottery or other tickets, stamps, money, currency, securities, checks, drafts, notes, evidence of debt, commercial papers, blueprints, mechanical drawings, manuscripts, other valuable papers or records

Bulk tankers of any commodity

Bullion, coins, gold, silver, platinum, other precious metals or alloys, precious stones, jewelry and/or other similar valuables

Contraband, or property in the course of illegal transportation or trade

Hazardous Materials Class – 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.3, 4.3, 5.2, 6.1 (Poison/Inhalation Hazards) PGI (Packing group 1), 6.2, 7, and 9 (waste). NO HAZARDOUS WASTE

Live animals, insects, vermin, rodents, birds, poultry, fish or marine life

Cigarettes, marijuana/marijuana byproducts (whether legal in the state or not)

Household goods. 电竞竞赛 is not licensed to do move household goods; however, we can move U-Haul, Pods, and other like containers for the companies from terminal to terminal (NOT residences or offices) with Risk Management approval.
